| On airfrance.com.au, you can only book flights for departures from 5 Australian Cities: Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth, from France and other selected destinations. |
| 4. | How many trips can I book in one session? | ||
| You can make a reservation for one trip at a time (a one-way, a round-trip or a multiple destination trip), for up to six adult passengers and six infants (child less than two years old), provided each infant travels on an adult's lap. If you want to make additional reservations you must begin a new session. You are allowed four sessions per day. |
| 5. | Why can't I book a flight departing in less than 24 hours? | ||
| It is not possible to book on airfrance.com.au a flight leaving within 72 hours. We need at least 3 days prior to your departure date to process your order. If you wish to travel within the next 72 hours, please call our Reservations number at 1300 390 190 (toll free) opening hours Monday- Friday 09.00am - 5.00pm. |

| 7. | Can I obtain my seat assignment online? | ||
| Yes, during the reservation process, there is an option to choose your seat on long haul flights operated by Air France only. |
| 8. | I have a special diet. Can I choose a specific meal type online? | ||
| We have a pre-selection of meals available on our flights to cater for different special needs. Please choose your special meal during the reservation process. |
| 9. | How will I know that my reservation is confirmed? | ||
| Our system only reserves seats for you when you provide your credit card number and click on "Confirm" or "Call Air France option" . At the end of the reservation process you will see a confirmation page and you will receive a reservation number (record locator). Please keep a record of this. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail. If you don't enter a credit card number, you can select the different methods of payment: payment on hold (3 days to pay online) or bank transfer (3 days deadline) or choose to call Air France and advise payment (3 days deadline). If you have indicated your credit card number online, you should receive your e-ticket by email together with a booking confirmation. |
