| If your baggage is missing or damaged on arrival, Air France will do all it can to help you to resolve such incidents.

| Your baggage is missing on arrival in Cameroon |
Please contact the Air France desk in the baggage hall and report your baggage missing. Our agents will give you an irregularity report with a number. This report starts the tracing process within our Worldtracer system. This also enables you to follow up on the tracing of your bag online.
If the baggage is not located within 2 days , the inventory form should be filled in and sent to Air France :

| Your baggage is damaged on arrival at your destination |
| Please contact the Air France desk in the baggage hall and report your baggage missing. Our agents will give you a damage property report with a number as well as informations to get your baggage repaired.

| Your baggage is damaged - you discover it after leaving airport |
Please report the damage to Air France Baggage services in writing within 7 days of your arrival at : Air France Africa-Customer Care Department 11 Kasr El Nil St. Cairo Egypt
Please provide the following information : original of boarding pass & ticket, baggage claim tag, nature of damage to the bag, and type, colour, brand & size of the bag. If the damage claim is accepted, Air France will accordingly repair or replace the luggage at no cost to the passenger.
