Since April 1, 2009, the price of your ticket breaks down into:
- price of the trip excluding taxes,
- taxes,
- fees.
Fees are linked to the processing of your ticket. Formerly, they were included in the price of your ticket before taxes. They are applicable to all travelers except infants (under 2 years old).
Fees may vary according to the type of trip, the price, applicable conditions, and place of sale.
Fees are non-refundable in case of modification or cancellation of your ticket.
