By traveling in the Alizé cabin, you can take advantage of a meal that is specially designed for you and served in a porcelain dish. You´re sure to enjoy a gourmet experience during your flight!
A refined meal service with a hint of sunshine
The meals served in the Alizé cabin are prepared by chef Michel Nugues, member of the Toques du ciel airline cuisine group.
After your welcome punch drink, a savory appetizer is served. You can then choose one of 2 hot meals (Creole or Traditional), which is accompanied by a bread basket service.
Finally, top it all off with a coffee, tea or an after-dinner liqueur.
Wine and champagne are also provided. These are selected by Olivier Poussier, voted International Sommelier of the Year 2000.
Depending on your flight´s duration, departure and arrival time, you may also receive a cold snack identical to the one served in the Affaires cabin or breakfast.
Throughout your flight, we also serve hot and cold beverages with or without alcoholic.
For flights of 10.5 hours or more, a self-service buffet offering sweet and salty treats is also available for light snacking.
