Ticket delivery
Electronic tickets
E-ticket is available for most of our routes (departures out of Zagreb). Due to increased credit card fraud problems,
Air France does not accept third party payments (the credit card holder not being the passenger or part of the group traveling together). Exception: We allow payments for family members with the same surname. Please make sure the family member you book for brings the personal identifier you specified during booking to check in at the airport or to Customs and Immigration if required (this applies to e-tickets only).
Types of flights
OP: abbreviation for "operated" which means that an Air France flight is operated by a partner airline with who it has
a commercial agreement.
Code-sharing: Air France has teamed up with other airlines to operate flights jointly under a shared code, thus offering even more destinations and frequencies. Flights are operated under both Air France and the partner's flight number.
Franchised flights: Air France franchises the routes of several airlines under the name " Air France By", offering several connections within France and Europe with Brit Air, British European, City Jet, Compagnie Corse Méditéranée, Proteus Airlines and Régional. These companies operate under Air France livery and use AF flight numbers. In-flight service is up to Air France standards, adapted to the routes and the aircraft size. These franchised flights offer you direct and frequent links completing Air France's own network.
E-ticket
E-ticket is available for most of our routes (departures out of Zagreb).
E-Ticket is easy: at the airport, have your identification card ready (credit card, Flying Blue card or passport, depending on what information you entered during your reservation), present your passport and check in.
Due to increased credit card fraud problems, Air France does not accept third party payments (the credit card holder not being the passenger or part of the group traveling together).
Exception: We allow payments for family members with the same surname. Please make sure the family member you book for brings the personal identifier you specified during booking to check in at the airport or to Customs and Immigration if required (this applies to e-tickets only).
Mandatory: all passengers requesting an e-ticket will need to receive an itinerary receipt either by e-mail or fax (you will also receive a Service Fee receipt in a separate e-mail). If you have not received one 24 hours prior to your departure, please contact us:
Air France Croatia Reservations Center: +385 1 48 90 800 (Monday to Friday, 09.00 to 17.00)
It is mandatory to bring it and show it at the departure airport during check in in order to travel. No exceptions will be made.
