Access conditions

You can use the mobile telephone check-in service if:

• you have an AIR FRANCE or KLM electronic ticket,
• you have Internet access on your mobile telephone (regardless of your service provider or mobile telephone/smartphone model),
• your ticket does not require the presentation of special documents for a reduced fare (youth, student, family, couples, etc.).

It is possible to receive your boarding pass on your mobile telephone for all trips departing from metropolitan France and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy (Florence), Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Spain (Bilbao, Barcelona, Madrid), Sweden or Switzerland.

Please note: if several passengers are registered in the same reservation file, each passenger must indicate a mobile phone number in order to receive his or her boarding pass.
