| You and all of your israelis resident employees can earn points for your company whenever you fly with Air France. |
| 4. | How can I ensure that VoyageurRewards™ points are automatically credited to my account? | ||
| All of your employees should use your company´s unique VoyageurRewards™ account number when making reservations. The account number and Air France ticket number must appear in the reservation to ensure automatic point credit. |
| 5. | Do my employees continue to earn individual Miles with Air France Fréquence Plus or a SkyTeam frequent flyer program while earning VoyageurRewards™ points for my company? | ||
| Yes, each time you or an employee fly with Air France, your company earns VoyageurRewards™ points. At the same time, employees continue to earn individual Miles with Air France Fréquence Plus or any of the SkyTeam frequent flyer programs. |
| 6. | What sort of rewards can I redeem with VoyageurRewards™ ? | ||
| VoyageurRewards™ points can be used to redeem round-trip reward tickets and upgrades to Air France destinations worldwide. |
| 7. | May I use a code-share flight with an Air France flight number when redeeming a reward ticket or upgrade? | ||
| No, reward tickets and upgrades can only be reserved on Air France-operated flights with designated Air France flight numbers. |
| 8. | If my company books an employee from Paris to the Israel and a prepaid ticket is sent to Air France in Paris, will that ticket earn VoyageurRewards™ points? | ||
| No, the ticket must not only be paid for but also issued in Israel to earn VoyageurRewards™ points. |
| 9. | In order to earn VoyageurRewards™ points, a ticket must be validated on Air France and the passenger must fly on Air France flights, including code-share flights with Air France flight numbers. Does this mean that all flights on the ticket must be Air France flights? | ||
