Are you traveling by rail, then by air?

  • To validate your plane ticket, you must first complete your rail connection leg.
  • The Check-In Deadline is set at 15 minutes before your train´s departure.
  • Access to the platform is prohibited beginning 2 minutes prior to the closing of the train doors: please arrive on time!

Are you traveling by air, then by rail?

  • To validate your train ticket, you must first complete your air travel leg.
  • If you are traveling with baggage, remember to collect it before proceeding to Paris-Charles de Gaulle TGV station.

Preparing your baggage

Please note: when traveling with your baggage on trains, you must follow the rules established by SNCF (Société Nationale des Chemins de Fer), the French national railroad company:
  • you can carry up to 3 baggage items,
  • neither the length, width or depth of your baggage items may exceed 85 cm.

New service! Baggage assistance at Paris-Charles de Gaulle
Air France, in partnership with AASP, offers you a baggage assistance service at the TGV platform of the airport´s terminal (and vice versa). This service is available daily, from 5 AM to 11:30 PM CET (extended hours may be possible upon request).

To benefit from this service, please contact AASP at least 24 hours in advance by e-mail at bennai@2asp.fr, fax at +33 (0) 1 74 25 20 69 or phone at +33 (0) 6 99 77 37 63.

Please indicate:
  • the name to appear on the welcome sign,
  • the number and arrival time of your flight or TGV train,
  • the number of baggage,
  • your phone number.
